What is the return policy for US orders?
From koppabeauty.com, you can return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, as long as the seal is intact and the item is unused. Returns from US addresses are free: koppā emails you a prepaid return label. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@koppabeauty.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo, and koppā arranges a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
For hygiene reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned for a change of mind, though the damaged or defective cover still applies. How to judge any GHK-Cu seller in the US
GHK-Cu is sold by skincare brands and, separately, by sellers of research peptides. Whoever you buy from, five checks are worth making before you pay:
- A stated percentage. Look for GHK-Cu or copper tripeptide-1 with a number on the label or product page. Without one, you cannot compare products, though a higher number on its own does not mean a better result; our guide to what a GHK-Cu percentage means explains why.
- A full ingredient list. Under FDA rules (21 CFR 701.3), a cosmetic customarily sold at retail must declare its ingredients on the label, in descending order of predominance, as the FDA's cosmetics labeling guide[1] sets out. A seller that shows the full list on the product page lets you check it before you buy.
- US shipping terms you can read. The shipping cost, the dispatch time and a delivery estimate should be stated before checkout, along with who pays any import duties if the order ships from abroad.
- A written return policy. Know whether opened items can be returned, who pays return postage and how damaged orders are handled.
- Skincare, not vials. GHK-Cu sold as a powder or a vial, often labelled for research use, is not skincare.
