Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This applies to one-time and Subscribe & Save orders alike. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund an order that has already been placed or shipped.
