Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every giveaway, prize draw, sweepstake or competition we run, including the monthly draw you are entered into when you save your routine on the Find Your Routine quiz. Entering a Koppā giveaway means you accept these terms in full — please read them before you enter.

Who Runs Our Giveaways

Unless the entry page for a particular giveaway names someone else, every Koppā giveaway is run, administered and awarded by Shapelab FZC, trading as Koppā Beauty (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”), Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Some giveaways are run together with a partner brand or creator. Where that is the case, we name the partner on the entry page along with any extra rules that apply. If anything on that entry page conflicts with these terms, the entry page wins for that giveaway only — everything else here still applies.

No Purchase Necessary

You never have to buy anything to enter or to win. No purchase, payment, subscription or minimum spend is required at any point, and buying something does not improve your chance of winning.

If a giveaway is ever advertised alongside a purchase — for example, an entry included with an order — a free method of entry carrying exactly the same chance of winning is always offered, and the entry page explains how to use it.

Who Can Enter

To enter a Koppā giveaway you must:

be 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, at the time you enter;
be a resident of a country we ship to — see our Shipping & Returns page for the current list; and
enter in your own name, as an individual. Entries made by an agent, a third party, a syndicate or any automated means are not accepted.

Our giveaways are void wherever they are prohibited or restricted by law, including any country, state or territory in which running them would require registration, bonding, a permit or a licence.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of the Promoter and of any company involved in running the giveaway, together with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

Before a prize is awarded we may ask for reasonable proof of age, identity and country of residence. If it is not provided within 14 days of our request, the entry may be disqualified.

How to Enter

The way to enter is always stated wherever the giveaway is advertised. For the monthly Find Your Routine draw, you enter by completing the quiz at Find Your Routine and submitting a valid email address when prompted.

One entry per person per draw period, however many email addresses, accounts or devices you use. Duplicate entries are removed before the draw and do not increase your chances.

Entering is free apart from any internet or data charges your own provider makes. Entries that are incomplete, unreadable, sent to an undeliverable address or received after the closing time cannot be accepted. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for reasons outside our reasonable control — proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Entry Periods and How Winners Are Drawn

For the monthly Find Your Routine draw, each entry period runs from 00:00 on the first day of a calendar month to 23:59 on the last day of that month, Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received in that period, within 10 business days of the period closing.

Every giveaway is drawn at random from all valid entries, under the supervision of someone independent of the entrants. Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received.

Any other giveaway states its own opening and closing times on its entry page. Where no closing time is stated, entries close 30 days after the giveaway is first published.

The Prize

The prize for each monthly Find Your Routine draw is one complete Koppā GHK-Cu Protocol — the three-step routine of balm stick, serum and capsule cream — awarded to one winner. Its approximate retail value is the price shown on the product page on the day of the draw, currently US$185.

Every other giveaway states its prize, and the number of prizes available, on its entry page.

Prizes are awarded exactly as described. There is no cash alternative, and prizes cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to anyone else.
If an advertised prize becomes unavailable or a formulation is discontinued before it can be sent, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The prize includes only what is expressly described. Anything not listed — including taxes, duties and any personal costs — is the winner’s responsibility.
One prize per person per draw period, and no more than one prize per household in any 12-month period.

How We Contact Winners

We contact the winner by email, at the address used to enter, within 5 business days of the draw. Our messages always come from an @koppabeauty.com address.

We will never ask a winner for a payment, a fee, card or bank details, or an account password in order to release a prize. If you receive a message that does, it did not come from us — please do not reply to it, and let us know at [email protected].

A winner has 14 days from the date we first make contact to reply and confirm a delivery address. If we receive no reply within that time, the address given is undeliverable, or the winner turns out not to be eligible, the prize is forfeited and we may draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.

Receiving Your Prize

We pay standard shipping on prizes sent to an eligible address. Delivery times are the same as those on our Shipping & Returns page, and prizes are usually dispatched within 10 business days of a winner confirming their address.

Winners are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate delivery address, and for any import duties, customs charges or taxes their own country applies to the prize. Where we cannot lawfully or practically ship to a winner’s country, we may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value instead.

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read the instructions and the ingredient list supplied with the prize before using it, patch test first, and stop using it if irritation occurs.

Entries We Cannot Accept

We may disqualify an entry, without notice, and withhold or reclaim a prize, where we reasonably believe someone has:

used bots, scripts, macros or any other automated or bulk method to enter;
entered more than once through multiple accounts, aliases or disposable email addresses;
tampered with the entry process, the website or the operation of the giveaway;
given false, misleading or incomplete information; or
acted abusively or unlawfully towards our team, our partners or other entrants, or otherwise broken these terms.

Our decisions on eligibility, disqualification and winner selection are final, save for obvious error, and we do not enter into correspondence about them. Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

Your Privacy

We use the information you give us when you enter only to run the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize. It is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains the legal bases we rely on and the rights you have over your data.

We never sell entrant data, and we do not share it beyond the suppliers who help us run the draw and ship the prize.
If you also opt in to marketing emails when you enter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not remove your entry or affect your chance of winning.
We keep entry records only as long as we need them to run and account for the draw, and then delete or anonymise them.

To ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected].

Publicity

We will not publish a winner’s full name, photograph or any other personal detail without asking them first and getting their agreement.

Where we are required to make limited winner information available — usually a first name and a country — we will tell the winner in advance, and a winner who would rather not have even that published can ask us for an alternative by writing to [email protected].

No winner is ever required to post about a prize, appear in our marketing, or leave a review as a condition of receiving it.

Giveaways Run on Social Media

Where a giveaway runs on a social platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other platform. By entering you release those platforms from any responsibility connected with the giveaway, and you agree that any questions or complaints go to us and not to them.

You are also responsible for following the platform’s own rules when you enter — including its promotion guidelines and any rules about tagging, sharing or creating accounts.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We take care to run our giveaways properly, but to the fullest extent the law allows we are not responsible for:

indirect or consequential loss arising out of entering a giveaway, winning, or using a prize;
technical failures, network or hardware faults, or any other problem outside our reasonable control that prevents an entry from being received or a prize from being delivered on time; or
any act or omission of a third-party supplier, courier or platform involved in the giveaway.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes, Suspension and Cancellation

We may change, suspend or cancel a giveaway, or change these terms, where something outside our reasonable control makes it necessary, or where continuing would be unlawful or unfair to entrants. If we do, we will take reasonable steps to limit the effect on people who have already entered, and we will publish the change on this page.

Changes take effect when they are published here. The version of these terms published at the time you enter is the version that governs your entry.

Governing Law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of a Koppā giveaway, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any such dispute.

If you enter as a consumer resident in another country, you keep the benefit of any protections that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be varied by agreement, including the right to bring proceedings there where local law requires it.
