Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shapelab FZC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of koppabeauty.com. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site after the date revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Changes to an existing subscription are subject to the notice and consent requirements in the subscription terms below. Posting revised Terms or continuing to use the Site does not replace any consent required by law.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary;
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms;
- You are not under the age of 18;
- You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means;
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change. Changes to subscription prices are subject to the advance-notice and consent provisions below.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. The currency, product price, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you place your order. Import duties or taxes payable on delivery are explained in our Shipping & Returns policy. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders, subject to applicable law and the subscription protections below.
Subscribe & Save is a recurring purchase of the products you select. Your first order is charged at checkout. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews and your saved payment method is charged every two months, on the renewal date shown in your account, unless you change or skip that date. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription.
Subscribe & Save gives you 10% off the standard one-time product price and free standard shipping on every subscription delivery, including renewals. Your subscription price, any applicable taxes, billing frequency and cancellation terms are disclosed at checkout before we collect your billing information. We obtain your express informed consent to recurring charges before charging you. After signup, we send a confirmation containing your subscription terms and instructions for managing or cancelling it, which you can keep for your records.
We email you approximately three days before each renewal, and send an order confirmation when the renewal order is placed. Your account shows your next renewal date. We also provide any additional reminders or notices required by applicable law within the required time periods.
If we change a subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new price applies, and within any notice period required by applicable law. We will also notify you before other material subscription changes take effect, explain how to cancel, and obtain your consent where required by law. A price change will not be applied to a renewal without the required notice or consent.
To manage or cancel your subscription, sign in to your account and open Subscriptions, or use the Manage subscription link in a subscription email. You can skip a delivery, change the next order date, or cancel online at any time without a cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. To prevent an upcoming renewal charge, complete cancellation before that renewal is processed. You can also contact [email protected] for help, including if you cannot access your account.
Cancelling automatic renewal does not automatically cancel or refund an order already placed or shipped. Subscription orders follow the same Shipping & Returns policy as one-time orders. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, return, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Further operational details are set out in our Subscription policy. The notice, consent and consumer-rights protections in this section apply to all Koppā subscriptions.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us;
- Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited email;
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site;
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site;
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information;
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts or data mining tools;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or networks connected to the Site;
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person;
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site;
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site;
- Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
The Site may invite you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or other material (collectively, "Contributions"). Any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading; are not unsolicited advertising; are not obscene, violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; and do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
By posting Contributions to any part of the Site, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, publish, broadcast, archive, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise.
When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:
- You should have firsthand experience with the product or entity being reviewed;
- Your reviews should not contain offensive, abusive, racist, or hate language;
- Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability;
- Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity;
- You should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews;
- You may not post any false or misleading statements;
- You may not organise a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and content not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on or available through the Site. If you decide to leave the Site and access Third-Party Websites, you do so at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations for a period of at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre (Tahkeem). The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
In no event shall any dispute related to the Site be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of the rights of a third party.
These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
