Common questions.
What are the follower requirements?
Our soft minimum is 1,000 followers on TikTok or Instagram. That said, we look at engagement rate, content quality, and niche fit more than raw numbers. A 3,000-follower skincare account with strong engagement will often be selected over a 50,000-follower general account.
How are ambassadors paid?
Cash rewards are paid via PayPal or Wise bank transfer (for international creators). Payouts are processed within 30 days of content approval. The minimum cash-out threshold is $20. Affiliate commissions are tracked in real time and paid monthly.
What does the application review involve?
We review your content style, niche, engagement rate, and how your audience aligns with Koppā customers. We read your short answer too. The whole review takes up to 7 business days and you'll receive a personal email either way — accepted or not.
Am I required to post every campaign?
No. Campaigns are opt-in — you join the ones that make sense for your content calendar. The only expectation is that if you join a campaign and receive product, you complete and submit the content by the deadline. Ambassadors who consistently decline campaigns may lose their status after 90 days of inactivity.
Do I have to disclose that posts are sponsored?
Yes, always. All sponsored and gifted posts must include a clear disclosure — #ad, #gifted, or the platform's paid partnership tag. This is a hard requirement in all campaign briefs and is non-negotiable. We take FTC and ASA compliance seriously and will not approve content without proper disclosure.
Can I apply if I was previously rejected?
Yes. You're welcome to reapply 60 days after a rejection. We also automatically offer all applicants — regardless of ambassador outcome — an affiliate link so you can start earning commissions immediately with no approval needed.
Which countries are eligible?
We currently accept applications from Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE, and Malaysia. We're actively expanding — if your country isn't listed, you can join a waitlist and we'll notify you when your region opens.
