Are Copper Peptides Safe to Use Every Day? A Guide to GHK-Cu Dosing, Overuse, and Copper Toxicity Myths

It's a fair question, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a marketing dismissal. Here's what actually determines whether GHK-Cu is safe for daily use, what the real toxicity thresholds are, and where the legitimate cautions lie.

Topical Copper Peptides Are Not the Same as Dietary Copper
